Pain is intriguing.
We run from it.
We numb it.
It's when we allow ourselves to move through it is when we truly experience life.
I know.
It aint easy.
But, life isn't easy.
And, that's okay.
It will be okay.
Its the hard work within that really gets our hearts pumping.
That's where it gets juicy.
Hope arrives.
When we stare loneliness in the face with curiosity
it becomes our friend
rather than our enemy.
We must stand in the middle of it all
with openness.
Fully present
Not allowing our ego to get the best of us.
It is then that we will make it to the other side.
